MISSION

To provide the citizens of Box Elder with an ample supply of quality drinking water that meets or surpasses state and federal guidelines while ensuring the system is adequately maintained to meet the needs of the future.  

VISION

We will provide outstanding service while keeping pace with the rapid growth and expansion of the water system infrastructure. As the region grows, we are leading the way to regionalism of the water system to provide redundancy and support among multiple communities and Ellsworth AFB.
