NOTICE OF HEARING REQUEST FOR A REZONING BEFORE THE BOX ELDER PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the following petitioner has applied to the City of Box Elder for Rezoning as follows:
Application by Radio Building, LLC to Rezone Future Lot 2 of Block 1 and Lot 4 of Block 2 of Redferen Subdivision (currently a portion of Outlot A of Redferen Subdivision) in Section 21, T2N, R9E, B.H.M., Box Elder, Pennington County, South Dakota.
The applicant wishes to rezone the property from Agricultural District to Highway Service.
Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the City of Box Elder Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting held in the Council Chambers at Box Elder City Hall, at 420 Villa Drive, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 and before the Box Elder City Council at their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Any person interested may appear and be heard at either meeting or submit written comments to the Box Elder Planning Department before 5:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025.
