Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Box Elder, at their regular City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers at Box Elder City Hall, at 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, SD 57719, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, will consider the following applications: Speicer Inc. DBA Fortune-Box Casino: 475 Villa Drive, Suite 2B, Box Elder, SD 57719. Legal description: Lot 7R City Subdivision Center Ste. 2B.-Retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage & SD Farm Wine; Speicer Inc.
