NOTICE OF HEARING REQUEST FOR A REZONING BEFORE THE BOX ELDER PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the following petitioner has applied to the City of Box Elder for Rezoning as follows:
Application by Hermanson Egge Engineering on behalf of HP Park LP to Rezone Future Lots 1-4 of Block 5, Lots 1-4 of Block 6, Lots 1-3 of Block 7 and Lots 1-4 of Block 8 of Alpha Omega Subdivision, Section 25, T2N, R8E, B.H.M., City of Box Elder, Pennington County, South Dakota.
The applicant wishes to rezone the property from Agricultural District to General Residential 2.
Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the City of Box Elder Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting held in the Council Chambers at Box Elder City Hall, at 420 Villa Drive, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 and before the Box Elder City Council at their meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Any person interested may appear and be heard at either meeting or submit written comments to the Box Elder Planning Department before 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2025.
