NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY - CIMARRON and CHISHOLM DRIVES

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a Proposed Resolution of Necessity regarding reconstruction of  Cimarron and Chisholm Drives and completion of water and sewer mains in the area of reconstruction will be considered for adoption at a meeting of the City Council of Box Elder, South Dakota, to be held at 420 Villa Drive in the City of Box Elder, South Dakota, on the 1st day October 2024, at 7:00 P.M. At the aforementioned place and time, the Council will consider any objections to the above proposed resolution by owners of property liable to be assessed for the improvement, and the Council may adopt said resolution, with or without amendment as it may deem proper.
