CITY OF BOX ELDER, Notice of Hearing upon an application for an initial on-off sale Wine & Cider liquor license. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Box Elder, South Dakota, will hold a hearing upon an application for the initial licensing of retail on-off sale Wine and Cider liquor license to operate at 14808 Fox Trail, Box Elder, South Dakota for the licensing period ending December 31, 2025. The hearing will be held on the 21st day of January 2025, at 7:00pm/MST at the Box Elder City Hall (420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, SD 57719). Applicant: Dolgen Midwest, LLC DBA Dollar General Store #30314, 14808 Fox Trail Box Elder, SD 57719. Notice is further given that at the time and place of aforesaid any person may appear and be heard upon all matters pertaining to said application. Interested parties may appear personally or through their designated agent(s), attorney(s), or representative(s). Anyone unable to attend may submit written comments prior to the hearing by email at cityclerk@boxelder.us. Dated this 8th day of January 2025.
