This is a ballot measure which would prohibit the tax options on anything sold for human consumption, except alcohol and prepared foods at the state level. This means even city's can no longer implement these taxes either.

This means we will pay taxes on dinner items, like a rotisserie chicken, and not on vaping products, or even CBD and marijuana products
